Happy New Year, and what a way for us to kick things off.
If you haven't heard the news, allow me to be the first to inform you: Justin Trudeau is stepping down.
The news from our sources is changing by the hour, but we are set for a roller-coaster of a week in Ottawa. The PMO is already in crisis meetings, caucus is in an uprising, and Trudeau's potential replacements are already brandishing their knives.
You deserve the opportunity to Fire Trudeau at the polls, but if he really is choosing to flee the scene -- this late -- while on pace for just 20-30 seats, that's the next best thing.
No matter what comes next, we're getting our country back, and you deserve an incredible amount of credit for never giving up in this fight.
But the work still isn't over. No Liberal can be trusted at their word. And we know a desperate Liberal is a dangerous Liberal. Perhaps none more so than Conflicted Mark Carney, who helped puppet Trudeau's disastrous economy from behind the scenes.
This is an incredible moment for Canadian rebirth and recovery -- but it also has to serve as a rallying cry. It's time to take common-sense conservatism to the next level to meet the moment and this threat.
If you've watched the terrific long-form interview with Jordan Peterson and Pierre Poilievre, you'll remember where he asks all Canadians for help. This isn't a spectator sport. It's why we do what we do as an industry leader here at the NCC. We still have much to advocate for, and millions of voters to reach.
WE ARE THE MEDIA IN 2025, and every day can be spent diligently approaching Canadians DIRECTLY to better inform them about policies and the direction their country needs to take. Those who don't adapt will be left behind -- just like the Liberals.
It's working. Together, we really are Firing Trudeau. Now, we must build off this incredible success, and start securing your future, and this Great Canadian Comeback Story. Nothing less than the Liberals losing official party status should cut it.
