The battle that April Luberti and Jeff Birch’s union have waged against them will continue on with an Ontario Court of Appeal hearing to be held in Toronto on May 14.

This David and Goliath battle pits April and Jeff against their bullying union bosses who are using their forced union dues to fight them in court over their desire to just do their jobs. It is a disgrace that union dues can be used for such a purpose.

We will continue to support April and Jeff in their important battle to try and bring democracy back to work place. We will not go away in this fight and will continue to support workers right to work.
